Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 June 2026

Pursely gives you estimates to help you understand your money. It is not financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Always check important decisions against official HMRC guidance or a qualified professional.

1. What Pursely is

Pursely is a UK personal-finance tool that estimates take-home pay, the effect of salary-sacrifice arrangements, what's left after your commitments, and illustrative pension outcomes, based on the figures you enter. It is a guidance tool, not a regulated financial-advice service.

2. No advice

Nothing in Pursely is a personal recommendation. Pension projections use assumptions that you control and are illustrative only — actual outcomes will differ. You are responsible for decisions you make. If you need advice, consult a regulated adviser.

3. Accuracy

We work hard to make Pursely's calculations accurate against published UK tax rules and to update them each tax year. However, tax law is complex and changes; individual circumstances vary; and we cannot guarantee that every figure is correct for your exact situation. Pursely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its estimates.

4. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, sold and managed through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to use Pursely lawfully and to enter information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. The quality of the estimates depends on the figures you provide.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the date shown above.
