Pursely runs entirely on your device, so we can't see your salary, your figures, or anything you've entered — there's no account and no server. That means when you get in touch, it helps to describe what you're seeing (a screenshot is gold).

Common questions

Is my financial data private?
Yes — completely. Everything stays on your phone; nothing is sent to us or anyone else. See our Privacy Policy.
I've got a new phone — how do I get my details back?
Pursely can privately restore your profile through your own iCloud (Apple's private key-value sync) when you're signed into the same Apple Account. Make sure iCloud is on for Pursely on both devices.
How do I change or clear what I've entered?
Everything is editable in the app, and you're always in control. Deleting the app removes its on-device data with it.
I bought a subscription but it's not showing.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In the app, use Restore purchases, and make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you bought it with.
A figure looks wrong for my situation.
Pursely's figures are estimates for guidance, not advice, and tax rules are complex (see our Terms). If you think something's off, email us the details — accuracy matters to us and we'll take a look.
